We're performing Y3T Protocol made famous by Neil Young.
Week 1 is 5 sets x 4-6 reps
Week 2 is 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Week 3 is 3 sets x 12-15 reps
We aim to be repeating this for 6-12 weeks.
A. Alternating Sets: Push Press, Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat
5 sets, for quality, of:

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
– 16 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats
– 16 Seated Leg Wipers
– Bear Crawl 30 meters
