Barbell Bench Press

B. 12 minute AMRAP of Bent-Over Barbell Rows, Forearm Front Planks, and Burpees

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 12 minutes:
10 Bent-Over Barbell Rows
Forearm Front Plank for 1 minute
10 Burpees
