C. 10 minute AMRAP of 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks and Double-Unders
As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
– 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks
– 30 Double-Unders
D. 12 minute EMOM of 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks
Every 2 minute for 12 minutes (6 rounds):
– 3-4x 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks
