We at AriFit love doing CrossFit for Health.

Here’s why…

CrossFit for Health is healthy.

The pool of our CrossFit movement has of a very big variety. From pull ups to sleds, to kettlebells and squats, participants are encouraged to use muscles from head to toe! This creates a well balanced body and is very healthy in both short and long term.

CrossFit for for Health is fun.

Not only do the movements vary, the intensity and the duration of the workout also vary from day to day. Everyday is a different challenge and that what makes it fun! For those that like numbers, you’re also able to keep a record of your workouts to compare with your future and your past self!

CrossFit for Health is social and diverse.

Our CrossFit class is different from Cycling/Yoga/Pilates classes. The nature of the workouts allow participants to work and rest. And talk to each other! And what’s fun is, the attendees of our class vary in age, gender, and nationality. It’s a fun place to be!
